Workshops
Want to turn your cherished t-shirts into a quilt you made yourself? Join me for hands-on workshops where I’ll walk you through making your own t-shirt quilt top, step by step.
The workshop is offered in two parts. You can take both, or just the one that matches where you are with your project. You’ll leave Part 2 with a finished quilt top, ready for quilting and binding.
Part 1: Layout & Prep
This is where every t-shirt quilt begins. We’ll plan the design and layout of your quilt top, cut your t-shirts to size, and fuse a stabilizer to the back of each t-shirt block so it holds its shape.
Prewash your fabric, but don’t cut it! We’ll do all the cutting together in class.
Part 2: Assembly
Now the fun part! You’ll sew your t-shirt blocks together with sashing and borders to create your quilt top.
